★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building construction is very poor lots of cracks within 2 years.
This building is very near to Railway station so lots of noise of trains and auto riksha. You will not sleep in morning because of trains and AutoRiksha noise.
Only some flats have covered parking others have open parking.No any amenities in the building lot of power cut and daily water issue
Rents are too high compared to locality you will get good 2BHK in Aundh or New Sangvi instead of Dapodi.
