They will never give you a specific time for the delivery.
Even if you ask they will not provide with the perfect timing. According to them (sab chalta hai).
I was talking to someone about the same issue in their shop and one of their staff members took the phone and started abusing me. When I asked his name his said.(yahan aaja bahut kuch batata hoon).
PATHETIC, NON PROFESSIONAL, ABUSIVE, UN EDUCATED PEOPLE.
