★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best TEA. Need bit ginger- on demand available and coffee just?in Old Rajender Nagar. Hangout, discuss, take short break from reading rooms, snacks and what not. Mini Adda for most of Upsc aspirants staying nearby Agarwal sweets. No place to sit though(who cares anyways). Three star for missing consistency in quality. Enjoy your Tea.
