The location is well -connected to central destinations in Pune like Ruby Hall, Airport and Railway Station. It’s three majestic towers of 2 & 3 BHK flats include of all basic amenities like Clubhouse with gymnasium, Party lawn, and more. Hands down, it is one of the best residential projects in Dhanori.

Last week, I visited the place and I notice several good things about the project including connectivity, amenities, gym, clubhouse, tennis room, and others. Also, the most important thing which I like about the project is the cooperative & attentive team who is always available to solve all the issues and problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a house around Dhanori. I learned about Ganga Aria from one of my friends because he used to live in Dhanori. So, I visit the place and get some information. However, the project is still in the works, but the prior building's demonstration apartments were fantastic, and the residences are reasonably priced.

Please do not invest hard money with This Builder is cheater.. NITIN Adik {Gunda} is one of them.. Shameless Chief Engineer.. and builder not taken any action against him it mean builder support's him .. it's true...
Lots of issues in Gang Aria Project, Dhanori..
Even after two years our basketball amenitie and 18 meter acces road not provided..Very bad road conditions , bad quality material used
Last movement they change their promisses / plan is structure/ amenities . No law and order..
We buy the home for security and Peace of mind but we are in Hell every new issues with builder...And no proper / satisfy solution ...
if you dont want to get cheated then stay away..

We were new to Dhanori locality and needed someone to navigate us through the area. They went all out and helped us get familiar with the locality. Beautiful podium garden, specious club house, gym, table tennis room with large open surrounding space for functions & gathering, larger green belt, energy saving instruments, etc.. To begin with, the location of the project is well connected to schools, colleges, malls, and transportation facilities are also good. So, overall it is very suitable for businessmen and employed people. Speaking of, what attracted me the most is the general convenience and well-designed plan. You will get complete security and management. Apart from this, you will get a huge space for walking, functions, gathering and many other activities.
