★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It deserved less then a star. The bus service is so poor from Manali to Delhi or vise versa, I have faced the same. the owner and staffs are so rude.
Please do not book any bus ticket other wise you will be boarding on some poor quality bus even if you have booked on Mercedes bus ticket.
They only mean money.
Believe me otherwise face the experience and know.
