★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project is near to main road not so inside easy access from bus stop, market, etc.
Project look wise good but construction work is not good. Wall Leakage is coming in all bedrooms. I have seen from inside room sizes are awesome but the quality of work is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wing A. There is a major structural issue. Had rented flat A-806. There is a gap between flooring or the house and the ceiling of the flat underneath. The water from the bathroom has spread all over the house and the internal walls made of gypsum soak the water. The walls remain consistently wet. Got the house painted twice with a month but the painting peels off again.

Update: It has changed a lot past 5 years, internet is good now

I taken a shop in this building I want to go on podium but no one's know how to go.
This is management of society. @ravindra dalvi ji no is off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganga Kalash is nice apartment in kalas area. This apartment is having 2 BHK flats. Flats are very spacious. There is a dedicated parking space for every flat . There is small Temple inside. It has small childrens play area. More trees can be planted in free area to make this apartment more beautiful.
