So every year on the occasion of Hanuma Jayanti the MELA begins for the 9 days the MELA is named as GANGA DEVI MELA where people comes with their friends and family to enjoy this MELA, where you can get various types of products in this MELA, there are many rides to enjoy in this MELA. Fare(mela) is organised every year in the month of April during which this place is heavily crowded. People from vicinities come here to worship and get blessing from Gangadevi ??

Don't do much shopping but good place for window shopping. Gets really crowded on weekends so better go during weekdays if don't want the rush and want to fully enjoy each and every place in this extravaganza of Umbergaon.
