★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My request to Indian Railway Authority please improve the platform. Passengers always face so much troubles. It's very risky for Handicapped persons, Old persons & Patients. In every month one or two accidents happen. Every time 1st or last apartment of Trains stands on the stone area. Toilets ? are poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the source to go Malda or Siliguri from GANGARAMPUR. No platform or no sheds for the passengers. Toilet is also not good. Old or I'll passengers faces problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If one wants a station with a calm and peaceful environment for evening strolling, this is the place. But very poor infrastructure, as a station. No coach position, no announcement, no shade. The day we went all the sitting areas were coloured and we had to sat on the platform itself. Not at all convenient.
