★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional people. Firstly, they accept my payment for salad when they were closed. I sent them many emails and called them at least thrice for the refund. It’s been almost two months, however I am yet to get my refund. The excuses they are giving now is they are closed since couple of months. If so, how did they even accept my payment from their website at the first place? Is it that they are open to accept payments but close to refund it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spoke to a person for a three-day subscription to which the person agreed to. On the day of delivery when I had no other arrangements made for my meal, I am not responded or given any kind of intimation. After two hours of waiting and multiple follow-ups, I received a call from the delivery person who tells me that the bottle of the juice I ordered is broken and if I would be ok if he gives me a salad box. Is this some kind of joke? So convenient right? Do you guys realise that this can cause a person his or her time and efforts. I bloody couldn't have my meal today just because somebody was not professional, responsible, super late and Unapologetic. You guys are really topped my list of places I would never order from and not recommend to anyone. I don't know I also felt that they were following me around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garden bar has set a great standards when it comes to serving healthy food and salads. I tried their service for over a week and was served variety of salads soups and overnight oats, I must say I was totally happy with their service. Their salads are delicious and the service is at par. We have not had many great customer service experiences but this place and their service surely stands out.
Worth every penny!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular subscriber to their salads, oat bowls and soups because of the excellent taste and healthy options they provide. Additionally, getting meals delivered at home for busy professionals is a boon. I recommend them to all my friends looking for a healthy home delivered option. However, when it comes to delivering on time, their service is appalling. I receive my breakfast everyday close to noon. Even after complaining about the late breakfast delivery every single day, not the slightest action was taken to rectify it other than the constant apology mistake. As a single working person, who has strict work times, this meant going without breakfast for the entire duration of my subscription!
