★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience is nice, food is great but the service is very poor. They might be understaffed on the particular day, but still, the wait was not worth the food. Not only us, but everyone dining that day were complaining and frustrated by the service. Otherwise, it is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospitality ever experienced in the city. We visited it yesterday and the restaurant was running on 30% of its capacity, and yet the huge serving crew could not serve anything in less than 18-25 minutes. The hospitality crew is hard of hearing and if they do, they would respond harshly. Very poor management and very bad communication while the food is below average.
The ambience is great though, but I'll never make up for the lack of dining experience.

Interiors are good.
Food is good but not as good as much they are charging.
