★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the flower garden through the year and there are artificial rectangular shaped pond made by concrete middle of the garden.
It's decorating with additinal thing, every year last week of January, during annual festival of sports and cultural(normally 22nd January to 27th January). It's have fantastic view, people are also gathering in a queue that time. Other times it have open view.
