Its contribution is praisable towards Indian Navy and Coast guard.The CISF plays good role in safety and security.The staffs of GRSE are mostly aged and well experienced.the coast guard and navy staffs are also helpfull.overall good expereince.

All are manufactured here.
It is own by Government.
Strict rules and regulation has to be followed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a wonderful place though restricted for outsiders. This organization builds ships mainly for Indian navy, but they also manufacture commercial ships and other some specific things. It's a great experience to see how the ships are being constructed,very big and high crains pulls the big iron sheets,then join them by welding, hundreds of worker and engineers working ,then after a long days a ship is prepared. I saw this as I was there for sometime as I went through apprenticeship. I can never forget those days.
