★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want original branded cycle plz don't go here they use the name of original but sell copy only at the price of original..they give warranty on there local cycles also but for local price is very much higher as you can get original one from other good store at same price

1. Rude staff - They'll show you products only if you are going to purchase product on the spot. As you enter the shop first question will be -- are you going to purchase today or not? if you say No then they'll say -- jab lena hoga tab aana..product detail tabhi bata denge. If you ask for details/ price of accessories, then also the response is same -- jab khareedna hoga tab product dikha denge and price bata denge.
2. Selling local brands - They sell 90% local/ unknown brands. They claim claim they sell Tata stryder/ Firefox bicycles -- but i never saw these brands during my two visits. The guy claimed that if you want any particular model then one can pre-book it. I tried this option waited for 2-3 weeks but never got the product available at the shop.
3. Over priced - The products are sold at high price - that too for local brands. Its better to purchase online/ from other local nearby stores.
4. Pathetic/ Messed up environment - even though they have 3 floors - the entire shop is in a mess. These guys have encroached the entire foot path area in front of the shop for all sort of mechanical repairs. The entire area is messed up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a cycle and the seller promised to give a mandatory accessory later as the shop was closing at that time. And after somedays, he denied to give that. Also, selling expensive cycle than market prices.
Owner don't know how to talk politely. Very rude staff!

You can get every type of cycle here, they have showroom with all type of ranges. Also a repair shop for cycle. I think it's only cycle shop in burari with such a diverse collection of bicycles.
