What matters is the dealing and that is done really nicely here, the owner and the ambiance is just up to the mark, you might go for purchasing one thing and end up taking more.

Purchased a cooler .. sold me a used / refurbished one ... Gave me a bill without the serial number of the product .. didnβt put the serial number on the warranty card too ... they are simply selling used or repaired stuff as new offering seller warranty instead of genuine manufacture warranty... crooks
Iβd suggest buy from bigger retailers such as croma or reliance digital .. at least they wonβt do such low things

β β β β β This staff and owner are good and helpful if you are buying something, but they do not support their warranty on products sold by them. The do not issue GST invoice and demands extra charges for bill. Just put their stamp on warranty card of the product. If your product becomes defective, then you are in their mercy for repairs under warranty. I have been chasing them for over a month for a job which was committed to be done in 3-4 days. My only suggestion is to stay away from this place, the shop looks big and reputable, but don't go by it. I have learnt this hard way. Just Stay away, you can get other places offering similar prices, but after sales service support is important for items where you spend hundreds and thousands of you hard earned money.
