★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly arrogant payment desk, and in the generation of going cashless, these guys will accept card only for an amount greater than 200 only. Since these guys do not accept card for small transactions and offer no discounts, the why not walk some extra 100 m to more where we get better discounts. Only positive is it's close proximity and stock collection, but not worth visiting. The Garg store standard in service and product quality has only depleted with time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good local kirana shop. Almost every day to day need can be fulfilled here. Only one problem- it's a basement shop and having congestion, humidity and no covid protocol maintained here. Staff is helpful. Variety of products are good.

Plenty of daily needs items to choose from and can even find not so common cooking ingredients.
They've also recently renovated into new and bigger store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without a doubt they have a lot of variety in terms of Groceries etc. But then, most shops like these are supposed to have it, right.
Unfortunately, they offer almost no discount on any items. Eg. Saraswati camphor (Kapoor) is available at almost 50% discount over MRP from nearby stores, while they don't even give 5% on MRP. Same case is with groceries also. Non branded namkeen, pulses and other items, available at 30-50% discounts in other stores, have no more than 0 to 5% discount here.
It is doing well because it's an old shop and many people are habitual of going here, but these kind of business practices will not help them survive in the long run.
