★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The school administration is very poor. If any of their teaching staff is either absent or on an off, they hire a new Teacher whether experienced or inexperienced. The management calls the candidates for interview, ie, just face to face conversation for 5 minutes. Candidates are not even asked to give a demo class or whatsoever, and the management directly hires them as Teachers without giving a proper description of her job role or the school’s policies. The newly hired Teacher dedicates herself to the school job thinking that she has been appointed as a Teacher in the school. However, there’s a hidden policy that the school follows, i.e, after 4 days the management suddenly ask the new Teacher to leave the school giving invalid or unnecessary reasons. It is a complete insult on the teaching profession. One thing is that they give the payment for those 4 working days to that new Teacher. But that doesn't help her because she wanted to make her career. Nonetheless its a complete disrespect and humiliation on the part of that budding Teacher. So if you are looking for a short-term Teacher's job, go for it. And the school should make a point in explaining the rules prior or they should stop calling any new Teacher if they already have a good amount of Teaching staffs available. And of course, this Era do not give value to a Good Teaching.
