★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service Ever. They dont even deserve 1 star .I have selected black color machine and they send me white color machine. They just make alot of fake promises which they never fulfils.
Before purchasing machine they told us tey will taught us about machine but they never helps. If we call to their technician they always say that we are not in Delhi.
Totally Avoid this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It s a fraud co. , they provided me 20 watt laser marking machine when I paid and ordered for 30 watt. Their spare parts of the machine are always stuck in customs. The sales team is pathetic and engineering team doesn't pick the call.

They won't respond your calls they won't ensure the timely installation of their machine neither they'll check upon you whether it's working or not.. no response to my grievances and queries.. worst experience ever.. not that i haven't purchased machines before this but god knows at which moment of the day i thought of dealing with this disgusting company having such rubbish customer policy..
