★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience ever! It's been seven years since I gave Nehal Seth the CEO of Garuda Pumps $8000 deposit in cash on an order I made in Paperex exhibition in New Delhi. The order was never send and the deposit was never refunded. Every time I tried to contact Seth I never got an straight answer. Every time he gave me a different story on how he has send the order and has the proper paper work or he has refunded the deposit money to a third party! Which in all cases Seth refused to provide me the paper work he claim to poses. After discussing this matter for so long and him promising to look after it, Seth send me a recipe of shipment which turned out to be a FAKE!
Be aware of this man and his company as they are Not to be trusted what so ever!
