It seems like following factors are positive :
Cleanness ,
Saftey,
Timing restrictions,
Area,
Near to D Y Patil College(around 2 km),
Average rent (3000 monthly).
Will update negative points later (if there any) as per my sister's experience .
Right now no negative point as such .
One must visit .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my roommates didn't have any good experience there, the only things I liked was the refrigerator facility and hot water for bath. When we took admission, there were so many cockroaches in our room and the room was so dusty and dirty, we told them about the cockroaches in the room but the owner very easily said to buy the repellent spray by ourselves, there were no efforts from there side at all. Also they don't allow girls to lock their rooms while going out so that they can seize our belongings (electrical items) in our absence without even warning us. They say that they provide washing machine facility but they don't allow us to rinse the clothes in 2 waters. In the kitchen also there was no burner and only gas cylinders are kept which is of absolutely no use. There are restrictions on drinking water as well, we could take only 1 litre water bottle at a time and water quality is poor, they don't even filter the water, I never saw the water filter's wire plugged in the switch it was always hanging on to the window behind the filter. For these limited facilities they charge us 3500 per month which we have to pay even before the month starts, and apart from this they take fine for over use of lights and hot water. And most importantly there are cameras everywhere, and some rooms don't have attached bathrooms and the camera is placed in the middle of the corridor between bathroom and rooms, they can keep watch on every single activity girls do in study rooms, kitchens, in front of the mirror in the stair case and get themselves entertained. This review was not meant to defame anybody but to bring out the actual scenario.
