Very rude and arrogant owner...even if you buy 10k material from them...they will not consider to change the product of 200 rupees... exchanging any kind of product depends on their mood...one more poking thing is their staff, they are instructed to follow each and every customer, they think customer is going to steal from their shop..shop is overpriced, owner is taking advantage of being the only shop in that area.. consider other shops or go for online shopping..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ extremely rude owners. we wanted to see the variety of cake products that they offer and the main owner didn't explain to us kindly and instead preferred to reply with rudeness. Also they happen to show no trust in their customers. imagine how you would feel if 3 members of the shop keep following you while you try to buy. made me feel as if I will steal their products. extremely bad service and the way they talk to their customers is very harsh. It's better to buy from a shop where your money and you get respected. (visited their store on 10 Dec 2020)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pricing. He takes advantages being single shop in that area. He tells the rate as per his mind. He also quote price which was higher than MRP because at first instance he thought there is no mrp infact actually there was MRP. So what to think of Non Mrp based products. He also makes small packages of bigger products and sells thrice the MRP. Find other options rather than going to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever buy from this place, this shop of the Aditi's father, Aditi is famous baker in Pune, so he takes the advantage of his daughter in rates. Rates are very very high and he will talk so sweet that you will fall prey to him and later regret that why did I buy when I can buy from other place and much lower rates.
Employees are behind you like you are going to steal their products, they are not aware about the prices as well of some products and they tell price on the go.

They share very minute details about the product and take care that we purchase the best quality every time. You will find a large variety of products there. You take the name of a product and they make sure you get it. Owners take care that every customer has an attendant to answer all the queries. All trending and latest products are available here. Trust me you will never visit any other shop once you know what quality and variety you get here every time.
