★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst dealership as per the dealing is concerned, not keeping up with commitments done during the deal. V polite during the deal session but aftr sale of vehicle, rarely ans the concerns and Pendancy. I purchased Tigor from Garyson where 1st issue was availablity of accessories finalized during the deal and upon delivery they show cased non availability of the same ( all like Mud Flaps, Seat Covers, mats, wheel caps etc) which where agreed upon at the time of delivery. Somehow took a delivery as per the auspicious day with a commitment of providing all accessories with a time period of 5-15 days as per there delivery expected time at the dealership. I had to regularly follow up for a month aleast to get my mud flaps and mats and wheel caps where in the executive ( sales and accessories) and even the manager resists calls and had to visit dealership thrice to get upon extended commitments and still persists seat covers as shortage as per the deal done since last 5 months with a regular follow up still on and no perfect clue of its availability yet. (2) My Vehicles Registration time taken was about 50 days from the date of delivery ( double as committed) and had to follow up had for this as welll. 3ly the HSP was issued 10 days aftr the RC handed over
Upon follow up once gets wage reaponses from all sort of Executives that I am on Leave Today, will make sure ur work I ll follow tomorrow and will not pick call the next day giving another some reason to skip of further next no.
NO one's commitment hold any completion still witnessing in the wait of Seat Covers and 2nd service is about to come in months cornor.
Would give -ve score to this Dealership GarySon Motors upon customer dealing/commitment/customer handling
Would strongly suggest to prfer another Tata Dealership for a car purchase but never ever try for GarySon
