★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them in March to change the regulator valves because we were using the stove on piped gas. He changed both valves and said if there is any issue you can call ua for 6 months.
Next day after installation, i called him because tje flame was high and burner was not installed properly, it was tilted on one aode.
It jas been 2 months now and he has been making excuses and never come.
Now i called the mechanic fr9m tje Indane and he said that valves are not good, they needs to be changed because they are jammed. How come in only few days the valves get jammed.
Please don't call them for any service.

Please don't go with 4+ star ratings of google reviews for their services as most of them were given by their friends and not genuine users.
These people are cheaters with no moral or work ethic.
They are polite before starting work and will not share service charges but after completion of work, you will be asked to pay heavily.
You will regret that repair cost is somehow near to new item and why did you go for repair. I would strongly suggest not to use their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Believe me, if you are facing issue with gas and looking for a consultation, DO NOT CALL these guys. Most of the ratings you see here are not genuine in my view ( you will understand from the way it is written). Now let me tell you my first hand experience with them.
They are very professional, polite and very quick to respond at FIRST TIME. One burner of my oven was not catching up fire. So I searched over Google and contacted them. Really liked them as very responsive and polite. Two very young boy came and through remote help from someone else via video call they fixed the issue by replacing the knob.
Then they asked me to pay a whopping amount of 1650 just for changing knob.
Service charge - 250
Price of knob - 1250
Price of a common nut - 150
When I asked that cost of my entire oven is 1600 and it consists 2 knobs for 2 burners, so how can you charge me 1250 for one knob only they didn't have any answer.
I checked with one of my acquaintance over phone and online too for the price of knob and it was around 250 to 300. And a single nut costs generally 5-10 Rs. I asked them to show me the package of knob they just use to check MRP and if it states 1250 then I will surely pay. But as you understand, they didn't show me anything.
I finally paid them 1000 Rs. for changing a knob in my oven ( Imagine how does that feel)
Moral of the story: Be ready for a burning hole in your pocket if you still want to carry on with them.

Had to finally call Gilma service after spending 3,000 with this guy.
He has replaced perfectly working gas nozzles with local ones.
Gilma nozzle is 350, local one charged at 450.
Unethical third rate.
Replaced perfectly working gas connector also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Concorde Manhattans apartment I had replaced a gas connection hose below my hob. After the hose replacement my kitchen sliding cabinets below were not closing properly. The guy who came to fix the hose was not even trying to fix the problem and was arguing with me that this was like that before fixing as well. Really frustrated with his attitude, I paid him 550 and asked to leave. I was able to fix the issue in 20 min by manipulating the connection hose he had fixed. Really frustrating experience.
