★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a worst service they took my payment and said it will be delivered in 4 to 5 days however I am still waiting for my Currier and the moment I am calling them the guy is not even responding and picking up my call. I have no idea where is my item also they never gave me any tracking number. Worst service ever. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is totally a fraud transport company. Mr Shiv Shankar committed me to deliver my parcel next day to Vadodara from Delhi and gave me the rates accordingly. After I accept the offer, he told me to deposit double the amount saying (Minimum Weight Charges, LR , Pickup & GST). I have paid him Complete amount rather than saying anything as the consignment was with him. It took 4 days time to reach Vadodara. It's been around 6-7 days now, Neither I get any tracking LR copy yet, nor any Invoice of transportation charges . My customer needed material within 2 days so he cancelled the order. I have returned my customer's amount and the amount paid to Gatee Express is of no use for me .. Along with it still I have to call that material back from Vadodara again. During these 3-4 days, I felt so depressing and helpless. I have not only wasted my company's money of more than Rs.35,000, I have lost my customer too. I am Sorry for this review, but I wish you will improve and will never do anything like this with any of your future customer.

It's been around 6-7 days now, Neither I get any tracking LR copy yet, nor any Invoice of transportation charges. During these 3-4 days, I felt so depressing and Finally I've registered FIR against Gatee Xpress.
