★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ridiculous services..no one taking any call and rescheduling the delivery date with a fake note that customer wanted to reschedule the delivery...since last 2days....it is already there with them since 13th Nov... Worst service ever...now onwards we will rethink twice before booking consignment under your renowned company GATI...if it would have possible, i will never provide even a star for your excellent services...Solve the issue now..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I didn't have to give even one star because I have rarely seen service as bad as gati's. My package was delayed by 30 days and 14 days respectively. Still cursing myself for choosing Gati the second time
Writing this review for a specific gati location but this applies to the company as a whole
Nobody picked up my phone, offered no solution, only excuses. At one point I had given up hopes of getting my package, and lodging a complaint at the consumer court. Nobody should have to pay for a service and also be harrassed this much for it. Would never ever recommend gati. Please choose any other courier/cargo service.
