Gatikrushna Villa is conveniently located at Tankapani Road with Brahmeswar Temple nearby providing a naturally peaceful environment. In addition to that you can access some of the best and well known heritage places of Bhubaneswar very easily.
The housing complex is well connected to the City Center by the well developed Tankapani Road. You can also get to the Airport and the Railway station with ease and comfort as they are within 15 minutes travelling time away from the place. Several government offices, shopping arenas, entertainment and cultural zones also lie in the vicinity of Gatikrushna Villa. You can avail food and grocery items, dress and clothing items from nearby well known shopping complexes like Reliance Fresh, Forum Mart and so on.
To add to that, some of the best educational institutes like BJB Autonomous College, BJEM School, ST. Xavier School etc are within a distance of 2 kms from the site. You can also get to visit sacred places like Shirdi Sai Temple, Raja Rani Temple, Kedar Gouri Temple, Lingaraj Temple, which are only a short walk away from the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a housing complex having Duplexes. The architecture is good with good provision of amenities. However, I could have given it more stars if it were fully complete. Some construction is still going on. Also, there is a canal / drain beside the project which was giving bad odour all around, but didn't notice the odour on this visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great society off Tankapani road, behind Brhmeshwar Temple. Well designed, having a small mall at the entrance with snacks shops. Inside roads are well wide and clean. Sufficient parking space in each Villa/Rowhluse. Overall a neat & clean society with modern touch. I am sure the residents must be pride enough to have earned a home there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gated society is a perfect housing solution if you are looking for a quite and safe place in the middle of the city. It just 5 min from the main road but yet inside the society you will feel far away from the city. Roads are clean inside, there is shopping facility and community Hall there. The only issue I feel was the road leading to the society is a bit shaddy. And also the security staff are not up to the mark. Apart from this everything seemed fine to me.
