★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residents of this society are very cheap in their mentality. They fight with vendors for even 10 rupee. Do not refund security money of tenants in time. Always try to encroach spaces at common places by parking their scrape vehicles etc. No proper maintenance inside society. You will regret a lot, if you move in this society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Society with affordable cost of maintenance. It had a mega makeshift. Granite on walls, magnificent Temple etc were some of the acheivement of that time. Besides that society is made capable of managing emergencies like PA system, fire fighting capabilities rejuvenation etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever purchase or take flat on rent in this society... Residents are very uncivilized here. They do not refund your security money. No proper managment and maintenance inside the common area. Unauthorized parking of vehicles is menace in this society and people's behavior is very very cheap. A big regret if you move here.
