★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good products at reasonable pricing. Everytime i visit India i have been shopping here. I like their clothe quality and the fittings. I wish their customer service at the front desk would improve. Their salesmen are more polite than these people who collect your money at the check out. This is not my observation once, but everytime i visit them! So i am going to take one start out for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased saree from this store and got defected even never used ever price is more than 11000. After discussion I have submitted it to the store and it was lost by them due to corona lock down I was not able to collect and now they are discount me only 2300 if any new purchase with them.. So, I recently purchased over 36000 of saree with full payment and decided to never visit again ever.
Worst experience and people’s once any of your product gets defected ..
Beware from this guys..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went to gauri showroom.. This was my second bad experience with them. First of all before showing me anything, they asked me for the price range. Also the staff was very rude and it seems that they were highly uninterested for the customers whose demand was in the price range upto 5000-6000. And as someone said in their reviews, they were more interested in keeping things aside and back to their place. I am not going to visit this shop in future and would like to suggest everyone not to visit this showroom and do visit some local shop. Highly disappointed with these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very bad and rude in behavior. We requested to allow us to reach to their manager to share our experience; staff have just simply denied and not even allowed to meet their manager.
Owner has invested good amount of money in infrastructure; unfortunately, forget to invest in Good, Polite and customer service oriented STAFF.
Very poor service to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Rude employees. Don’t visit. I went to buy sarees at this location. They first ask about the price range and started to show sarees. When we kept aside few sarees we got to know that they all are more than 10000 Rs. We asked for the price range upto 10000 Rs. So we told them accordingly that its overbudget. And thats when they just did not show us anything. They said we already show everything. They just wanted to send us back. Its like kicking us out because our budget is only 10000 Rs. Such a impolite treatment with senior citizen. The owner should invest in good staff or just teach them how to behave with customer.
