Firstly, it has doctors who are not commercialised, they are best at their job. Secondly, it's very economical Thirdly, it's centrally air conditioned Fourth, it's very hygienic, they have a couple of full time cleaners.

Been there a couple of times for my dog and each time they disappointed a lot more than the last time. They give absolutely no advise and will just jot down medicines and treat your pet with hit and trial method

My 5 yrs old pug, shiro, died due to their negligent behavior. He had bladder stones and the doctor told to come next day for surgery after taking an x ray. No tests were done before operation for Anesthesia calculation. After fee deposit they administered anesthesia without admission. After 35 minutes of operation at about 11:30 AM they simply told to take him while he was unconscious, and told he will wake up after 2.5 hours. There was no discharge summary nor any medicine follow up prescription . Anesthesia is a very risky thing and very careful monitoring and care is required for correct recovery after operation, as in humans. There was no monitoring system and post operative care was denied. The operation room was devoid of life saving equipment and ICU room was empty and had only one stretcher. At home we kept him in heat controlled environment and kept waiting for him to wake up. Their phone number remains unattended before 9:00 AM and after 04:00 PM. We consulted 3 private doctors about the blood coming with stools, from nostrils and about the pug not waking up but breathing, We were repeatedly told that it was normal. At last in the night at 10:30 PM he stopped breathing and was declared dead by a doctor at Sector 21 Chd emergency clinic. The Hospital is totally not fit for any major surgery, nor there is any follow up recovery mechanism. They perform major surgery very casually and like an outpatient department and with very casual approach of Dr Mr Sameer Bhardwaj. Human and animal lives are equally important and doctors are for saving them. Bladder stones are not a thing worth dying these days and better care could have saved the life who was so much loving and deserved a long life.

Very organized and patient in attending to the Pets.

Don't waste your time here I came here in the working hours but there were no doctors there. They don't care if your dog die or something else these is complete waste of time the hospital is like such a place whose existence doesn't matters because you go any time there are no doctors.

Doctor's Assistants can be more gentle with the pets. The doctors are polite and advise you all the procedures and care if you ask them. The shop in front of the hospital is very expensive.

Very clean and big hospital. Registration fee is only Rs 50 valid for 7 days. All tests available in house. Doctors are very experienced and courteous. Sunday open only till 11 AM. They have a pet hostel facility. Nursing assistants are well trained. Pharmacy shop is within the hospital which is a private shop. Lunch time one hour from 1PM to 2 Pm. Closes 4PM. all government holidays closed.
