★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Undoubtedly the most popular society in Sanpada. People from all walks of life celebrate & participate in all the religious & (non Religious) cultural events. Conveniently located; 2 Public Parks besides society, small grocery stores and Dmart in the vicinity, walking distance form Sanpada Railway station, couple of schools & hospitals in the locality.

5.Regular Maintenance & Infrastructure Development
6.Everything in the vicinity
7.Public Parks
Not so Best:
1. Parking (There's always hunt to find parking spot, no dedicated). First come first park, though at the end of the day everyone finds a spot but still a hassle to park.
2. There have been couple of thefts reported in the past (about 8 years back) but on the flip-side society management has taken a leaf out these incidents and installed CCTV surveillance for security.
