★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction is worse. They have used cheap building materials. There is leakages everywhere in home. There is no proper management team provided form the builder. It is a total loss for people who have invested their hard earned money in buying flats here. One should properly check first, talk to neighbours before making their decision of staying here whether on rent or for purchasing. There is one person( intentionally not disclosing his/her name) living here who suggests and say good good things about the society and the builder, but actually he is a big fraud. That person is too persuasive but do not listen to it.
I have been to different places and stayed in different societies but I have never seen such pathetic society and builder in my entire life. He is a big cheater.
It is a deal of loss. Do not invest your hard earned money in buying flats here. Better to invest in some different profit gaining areas of Indore, which will give a good amount of return on investment. Buying property is not like buying peanuts. So please invest properly and smartly.
A big Noooooo to anyone who is even thinking of buying property in Gayatri Kunj. ?
