★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is amazing, the homes are beutiful, i only rated it 4 stars because it is still under construction some of the homes are not completed yet. And shopping areas are a liitle bit long walking distance. It would be convinient to have to shops inside the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever builders I ever came across. My friend and other booked 3 flats in october 2017. They have delivered only 1 flat and other 2 are incomplete. He is not alone many people are stranded because of poor attitude of gupta brothers. Labourers are not paid and they stopped working there. Employees of GBP camelia are not paid for last 9 months. Manufacturing quality of completed flat is also not upto the mark.
Beware investors, go for amayra greens adjacent to this society. He has good reputation in completing his projects on time. However, prices may be on higher side but your hard earned money won't get wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever builders. I have booked 3 flats in october 2017, still waiting for complete the undergoing construction. Labourers are not paid and they stopped working there. Employees of GBP camelia are not paid for last year and they resigned. Manufacturing quality of completed flat is also not upto the mark.
Beware investors, go for Jumana apartments adjacent to this society. He has good reputation in completing his projects on time. However, prices may be on higher side but your hard earned money won't get wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biggest regret of my life. Possession was promised on Jan 20. Still no word of possession. No one is there when we visit the site.No word on interest payments. They are the worst of worst. Will sure file a RERA case against them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is beautiful, with wide roads, it seems to be an upcoming area. With the opening of Kharar flyover, in little time , one can reach Chandigarh. Max hospital, railway station is nearby. The cost of property is also not very high with amenities like clubs,park and market.
