Since 3 days internet is down, ticket is raised, status of the ticket is open, yet problem is to be resolved. It has been past 3 days issue isn't solved yet. They are simply telling we will send the technician, but I believe their technician is a ghost and no one can see them. In addition to this they have made a mistake in my email id and phone number to.

Don't buy anything from these guys. My Name - Karan Sethi. My user id - i dont know since i havent even recieved a connection from a month. It has been a month now since i had requested for connection and even now after a month i havent recieved the connection, firstly after waiting for 2 weeks i asked them for full refund and even after 10 days after asking for refund i havent recieved it yet. I have also attached all the images related to my statement as proofs towards my statement. I will update my statement after i get my refund amount i.e. 1628 rupees for 3 months 100 mbps 30gb/month. Edit - finally got my money back after almost 3 weeks (their sales guy Deepak Shinde blocked my phone number and WhatsApp number) They have removed all the images I had attached to this review though but still I m happy that I am free from here.

The worst internet provider in this area in my experience, i am having issues every single day. Having problems is not an issue we know the breakdowns can happen but GBPS does not respond to repair it so you are without internet for days. I never post bad reviews but i had to since the service of this company is worst that we have experienced. Highly not recommended. Unfortunately i had taken a years service but now after a month i have to take another service provider.

Worst service I have ever seen. Since 4days ticket has been raised but no one did ever visit for reconnection. So I discontinued with them. Worthless people.

The internet would stop at random time and would be gone for days, nobody is reachable for support. Customer support whatsapp number is inconclusive, nobody registers or resolve your complaints. If it works, it works, if not, you are helpless.

They are cheats. They take unnecessary charges in the name of refundable deposits and then when the time actually comes to refund the deposit, they back off, tell they don’t have any business with you and stop receiving calls and misbehave. Not recommend at all.

Worst service. I have paid them on Sunday (5th Sept, 2021). They said connection will be done and ready to use within 2-3 working days. Till Wednesday no one visited for installation. I contacted customer care and lady said that they have too many connection requests in Wadgaon Sheri because of which installation is delayed but will be done by Tomorrow (i.e Thursday). One person came on Thursday and did wiring which literally took only 15 minutes. Then mentioned that some other person will come Today only for installation. Again no one came on Thursday so we again contacted customer care. Same lady Pallavi called back and mentioned I will personally look into this. Same repeated on Friday and Saturday. Then Sunday is their holiday Hence we did not receive call back from them. Today i.e. Monday we called and asked for refund. Lady said it will be done Today. Till now its not done. Worst service and worst customer care that I have came across!!!!

Worst Network (network drops, network speed and network disconnects every 1-2 days for about 3-4 hours without any information). Worst peoples (Don't have integrity anyone calls for payment for GBPS/Shangli confused peoples have paid in risk). Worst customer care (I call it says wait as all customer care executives are busy, then tells the caller number as 3-8. Then somehow reached to number 1 and then call disconnected). Today I was calling for about 3 hours now and same are the cases in past. They tell in such cases write over WhatsApp but no one replied for weeks there as well. In all its the worst Network till date. See below screenshot for details this is happening now for more than a month. :(
