★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a three storied building for holding community events and family gatherings.
The ground floor is more than 1000 sq.ft with high ceiling (because Durga puja of the block is held here). First floor and second floors are also more than 1000 sq.ft with air-conditioning. There are several toilets in the building.
Like most community halls in Salt Lake, there is a spacious lawn in front, that can be used to hold garden parties or can be decorated to hold marriage and other ceremonies. There is separate cooking area beside the main building. Location wise this hall is excellent as it is just beside Salt Lake Broadway.
During booking block residents get preference.

Parking can be an issue though. Also lack of public transport needs to be taken into account for late night events. Entirely dependent on Uber/Call taxis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended a wedding reception here. The hall is pretty spacious while the garden lawn too is big and well laid out for decorators , event managers and caterers to work out their plans. However two cons of this place are noteworthy, the hall does have AC facilities however without proper see through doors that can be closed at will for proper air conditioning. Instead they provide plastic see through sheets which are ineffective in hot summers . The lawn ground too is uneven at places and I have seen people getting knocked down due to false stepping.
