★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will request new joinee avoid this company. I left this company last month only. And feeling really good now.
Too much work pressure. We usually used to work more than 12hours a day.
Most of manager and TL both are horrible. Will make you cry for leave approval.
And will make you work on most of Saturday also. HR is also hopeless.

very worst company running business with labours not with employee. if you have graduated you will treated as 8th passed labour.
employees pressurized by the upper management to work 12 hour duty. if you want to leaved the company management black mail like "other companies will not hire you if you leave us". you have to work with 9500 /- rs per months even you are graduated. Upper management is on fire, no care about new joiners and employee. conditional and hidden conditions on salary hike.
think twice before join...

As an employee I had worked with them and it's my personal experience that gebbs has not paid his employee for the month he has worked and give some rabish reason. I also suggest to the clients of gebbs, Get all the things documents because they flip there words.
FYI, i have not got my salary. So suggesting you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't go, it is waste of time and energy. There is no work ethics and neither any management. Interviews are called and asked to sit whole day long. They will call u by 10:30 inthe morning and u will be leaving in the evening. Rude and arrogant behaviour by HR's. Nothing good about here. Please don't go to waste your time, energy at the expense of your travelling expenses. One word to describe it ' Worsssssssssst'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the worst organisation. I have ever seen in my entire 3 years BPO carrier. I had worked with this organization for 1.9 years. They asked us to wait at home for more than 8 months during the lock down withought even pay us a single penny on the promise of joining soon and after that when I joined they once I feel sick due to Covid, when I joined back after producing the necessary medical certificates they forced me to leave the job without giving me my experience letter. It is one of the worst organisation in the Mindspace, Airoli. Please avoid to join it if you want to save your carrier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company they called me for the interview and tell me to wait for my turn. I waited for more than 5-6 hours. But the hr not responded. If you are going for interview there plz do carry your tiffin has you have to spend your whole day there only, bcz they have 4-5 rounds of interview.Waste of my time. Not a good company to work especially for the freshers. This company is not capable for 1 star also. One suggestions think before joining this company. I have wasted my whole day. So think before going there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 years back on this Day i had no clues why I am joining this company and why i need to work , What to do and how To go through it After few months I thought I would give up working just like normally ppl do switch and switch , but I don’t know what made me motivated and drive me through till Date .
I decided That One day I ll Earn that Designation , not So early not so easy but i ll not give up , Awarded as a Team champ den promoted as a Line trainer and den Now After failing 2 times for Team lead position Which i am not ashamed of ? Finally i made it Took all the efforts and belief and faith I had and my Superviors had in me .I Am here 5 Years And Iam A Lead ? Met so many new ppl , Almost got a Second Family and Office to call my second home . Had a bestie to call mine Shared all the fears and tears with her , Saw the group drifting apart to other companies for better opportunity but I was still dr standing alone to Reach where I am today , Saw politics ? Went through it Learned through it and I am Still Learning . The journey was not easy and I tell you after reaching here its even tough to Get on the next step But I know I ll keep Growing And keep learning . Proud Of myself for becoming an independent Woman ♥️
