So unsatisfied with their quality and make. Never going to use any of their conveyors again

Overall, very poor quality of products and service. Incompetent team with poor quality engineering work. Would not recommend their products to anyone. To give a brief introduction, I am a chartered accountant and currently in the business of distribution of a global FMCG company in South Mumbai region. We had placed our order with Gebi Conveyors for 4 mobile conveyor belts in January 2020 to move cartons in our warehouse in Mumbai. I have given below a detailed review of my experience with them and provided an explanation to justify such poor rating for them: 1)Unprofessional and incompetent team •Sales person with zero designing/engineering experience was in charge of taking the measurements – which later proves to be the cause of the faulty machines supplied. Despite requests, they did not send a technician/engineer to take initial measurements, but relied on the sales representative only •Lack of integrity and trust - The company had asked for complete advance payment before testing the machine in our premises, which turned out to be completely faulty and not in confirmation with the drawings/ our expectations. They sent videos of only 2 conveyor belts and asked us to make payment basis that. On asking them to test the machines at our site, they refused and said they will only remove the machines from their workstation after getting full payment and hence cheated us in providing such faulty machines •Limited workforce of ~10 people only (was communicated by one of the engineers who visited our site) as on January 2020 and hence not capable of handling multiple projects at one time. 2)Poor quality products •All the 4 conveyor belts supplied was completely different from our expectation or the drawing we had approved •The motor used in one of the conveyors had stopped working in the first week of operations in one of the conveyors. Our entire operations was at a standstill for 3 days because they did not visit our premises to fix it •They had promised 360 degree wheels, but provided us with fixed wheels which were damaged before arrival to our warehouse (refer image 1 and Image 2 – shows how the wheels were broken on arrival) •The rubber belt, which moves the boxes, keeps rubbing against the frame every day (refer image 3 showing how the belt has completely moved to the left and come over the frame of the machine), because of which there is constant wear off compromising the life of the belts (refer video and image 4– showing ashes from the wear off every day and image 5 and 6 – showing an entire strip coming off the rubber belt). Do remember it has been just 2 months from installment and this has started happening. We are still facing this issue and yet no one has come to fix it. •They had even promised us 2 remote controls, grills on each conveyor and also other ancillary equipment, which were not provided to us at all 3)Poor engineering •The heights of all 4 conveyor belts were disproportionate. Which means a box could not move from one conveyor to another without manual intervention. •Welding work was done at our site for 2 days after the conveyor belts arrived because of poor engineering work done at their own workstation. This off course again compromised the entire life of the machine (refer Image 7 showing the leftover of the frames after doing welding work at my site to adjust the heights) •The rollers used to move the boxes from one conveyor to another is not useful and manual labour is required to lift box from one conveyor to another defeating the entire idea of a machine (again not in line with the drawings agreed) 4)1 year warranty not honoured and worst after sales service - We have been facing a lot of issues with the machine and have been constantly calling/email them, but they do not answer our calls or even come visit our site and they are not even honoring the 1 year warranty which they stated in the contract
