★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had booked 2 BHK flat in Geeta Heights, Beverly Park Mira Road with Geeta group in the year 2011 and paid 40 percent advance payment of Rs 20 Lacs. We were promised to get the possession by 2012 December but there was no construction until start of 2013 and we kept asking the builder about the project and he kept giving false statement about some legal issues which never sorted out. In Jan 2015, we told him to return our money he said he doesn't have money and till date we are just asking him to give back our money but he is not ready to give back. Whenever we make visit at Geeta Height office, their staff always humilate and insult us. Bharat Unadkad the owner of Geeta height and his sons Gokul Unadkad and Vrijesh Unadkat are very big cheaters and fraud people. They are playing with people's lives..they are enjoying their life by snatching others money.. how can the people be so cruel..
Buyer please keep away from this as Geeta group reputation is very bad and is big fraud company.
As we are victim of Geeta Group cheating and criminal breach of trust crimes committed by them, we have filed case against these cheaters.
