★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience ever....the owner takes brokerage for his own property and is extremely rude in behavior.....once u r in his home, he will never listen to any of your concern and will bully you.....I left his property in just 3 months due to termite issue in flat and he didn't return the security amount... Moreover was asking for money for 10 days extra we spent there.....I will never suggest anyone to even go to this place

No deposits return
Security person has full authority to misbehave and extort rent ,although if you are ready to pay then also.
Power cut very frequent due to poor electrical connections.
Electricity bill 9rs/unit.
