★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady working there literally removed half of my eyebrows and the owner was too unprofessional to even Accept. "Mistakes happen everywhere" was her answer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While doing eyebrows and upper lips threading they literally scarred me ... owner was not ready to let me use normal wax, asked the help to see of normal wax would work on me or not, when she agreed , owner again asked another help to show me different wax chart . When I still asked for normal wax the helper said it won't work and the owner said" mam your body has issues with normal wax " . How a something which I have been using since years certainly goes allergic to my body. Not to mention how rude owner was, she literally "I am in this work since past fifteen years, client's feedback doesn't matters"
