★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can say worst experience with the hospital... Because of the disgusting behaviour I need to take discharge in the night when I was not even in a state to talk.They are taking their every patient too lightly, Their staff doesn't care about us.i have wasted my money , time n health their.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience Was good.... staff very cooperative and well mannered we were there for 3 days they helped at every step Doctor's behavior was also good...... And the thing is give respect get respect I don't think the hospital is bad.... It's very neat and clean in short very nice hospitality provided to my mom ? especially the person at 4th floor who is for patients was tooo good in nature I appreciate him..... God bless him

Regarding to my recent treatment there was very very worse experience ever no one have a way to talk on the 2nd floor. I was feeling unsounded but on one come to check me and they were doing there work and they scolding to.my mother that every thing is normal but there was nothing normal. Very bad experience ever I feeled with you guys but in ICU everything is fine and they were taking care of each and everything but there is no one has been checked out on 2nd floor please take an appropriate action against them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a bad experience:
1. Staff is polite but they don't pro-actively monitor or care for patients. Patients or attendents need to go again and again to ask for medicines/drips etc. For example they don't note when drip started and never come to check if the drip is finished. They ask patients or families to come and report to them when drip gets finished. Ward boys are supposed to take good care of hygiene of patients but they usually take very long to help and are a bit rude.
2. Bad practice of fooling patients while discharging them. They order extra medicines, injections which are very costly and don't even use them and don't even take back or refund money. They make a big scene if you ask for refund and blame you for everything. The medicine store at the ground floor and hospital staff try to fleece patient's hard earned money by these tactics of hiding medicines and injections in the locker and then refusing to refund money of unused medicines blaming poor patients and their families for carelessness.
3. It is a standard requirement to provide emergency Bell by patients' bed so that in case of an emergency they can ring the bell and the nurse on duty could attend to patient. But in this hospital such a basic thing is not provided to patients even in private ward. Due to this patients and their families have to rush to the place where doctor/nurse rest.
4. Location of hospital is very bad. It's on a very busy section of aerodrome road at an intersection (chouraha) due to which there is always loud horns of trucks, buses other vehicles and so much noise that is harmful for patients needing rest. It's the noisiest hospital I have ever been to. Even at 3 am in night there is so much traffic noise.
5. No suitable chair for guest even in private ward. It's very awkward to have someon as guest and no place to sit comfortably.
6. Most staff is either nursing college students or recent pass-outs and due to their inexperience they are not able to take good care of patients.
If you are considering going to this hospital then my sincere request to you is to avoid this hospital and find a better place where they treat patients with more care.
