★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience at Geetanjali salon at DLF Phase 1 was very painful. I took services of body waxing and treading. I took the appointment 2 days prior. The lady named Meenu gave me the services and was very bad at the services. While waxing my whole hand got rashes and I mentioned it to her and to my surprise her response was it’s normal. What was expected that you apply some lacto to sooth the skin. I m 40 years old and using salon services for good 30 yrs now. Also while treading, she gave me multiple cuts that too big ones. I took the pics of my services can share those too. When i complained The store manager she assures on getting it fixed and that I will get a call too for feedback. But till date no call. That shows how an unsatisfied customer makes no difference. Beware of going there for beauty services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since the time I have moved to gurgaon I have visited this place quite a number of times. It offers you variety of grooming options. As you enter staff greats you well and rest of is taken care very well. Being right on main golf course road it's easy to access. Parking is ample. Cleanliness is at its best. Which made me make this my regular salon. It's very hard to find your kind of salon but this place ticks all the boxes.

If u want a gorgeous makeup but at the same time looks natural please do it from her. C is the best so far . Very humble person . My next search is good hairdresser.. hoping to find one too here in Geetanjali. Thank you to the whole team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't have words to explain my satisfaction. I have never gone to any other hairdresser after I met Rakesh. He is not only excellent at his work but he is so kind and empathetic. He understands customer's concern and modify his way of working to suit his customer's needs. I have recently shifted to Noida but I still travel 110 km from Noida to Gurgaon just to get my hair done by Rakesh. He is indeed an asset to the salon. Thanks a ton Rakesh.
