★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the Shivalik branch for a hair color today and I must say that the job was done perfectly. The Salon was absolutely neat and clean and proper hygiene was maintained throughout, the moment I stepped in the Salon. Mr. Suresh did my hair color and it looks absolutely stunning and perfect job done by him. I would recommend him and would be visiting him soon for more services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far worst experience with malviya nagar outlet then any other saloons of geetanjali.
I have taken services in other geetanjali saloons as well, so I would say since last 2 years they have lowered their standards by hiring not so professional staff's. My advice is, you should try other premium saloons then wasting money in geetanjali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hair is naturally wavy/curly. I asked to please not straighten it, my only request. Sure enough, it was yanked and pulled until it was "straight" looking, and was then blow dried with brush and a hot dryer until fully straight - good for a haircut that will look very bad once my hair gets back to its natural shape.

But now they can’t manage time, can’t keep appointments, don’t honor their appointment times and place people for service out of turn with no respect to the customers time. On top of it, their manicurist will refuse basic things like an SPF when you have to go out in the heat. Might as well pay half the price and go to an average place because they give you a pathetic service, at least you will save some money.
