Geetanjali Salon - New Delhi

The service and staff are just fabulous. It is my must go spot every weekend especially for hair massage and blow dry as I get too tired due to WFH. My hair looks just wow. Thank you, Rajeev.

The salon is too noisy and over crowded. Long hours of wait despite the appointment . The haircut service I recieved was good but the lady incharge for waxing used the wrong wax and burnt my skin . The staff are also not that warm and everything was taking longer than the usual time . Average experience overall

I have been using the services from last 3/4 years as the staff and in 3/4 years i have faced so many issues with the salon and sometime staff as well, but i always ignored as i am not the person who create issues and shout on anyone. But i could not bear this time as it was second time the person have used Sanitizer on my hair instead of water spray fortunately didn't use on my face, it wasn't his mistake so cant blame him as the bottles were same and kept together even i could see that. Who's responsibility is this to take care of such things dont know...prices are rising without any notifications and info, many more things which i dont think i can write here.

I really loved this salon its was my first time in life that i went to a salon and i had an amazing experience the staff was so good , Sunny sir who gave me a global hair colour and savita mam by whom i got my eyebrows done for the first time her hands are so good at this it was not at all painful i was so much scared but she was doing so nicely and politely i didn't felt any pain at all, and the waxing lady was also so polite and pretty and the manicure and pedicure gentleman were also very polite they knew that it was my first time so they make sure that i had have an amazing experience and truly saying i really had and I'll definitely visit agian and soon. Highly recommend.

I have been a frequent visitor but only this time I was assisted by Lobsang. She is an amazing professional, knows and recommends exactly what is best for you and provides the services with so perfection. I would definitely be recommending my family and friends to get in touch with her.

The gentleman who took my appointment forgot to enter it. However, everyone's behavior was great. I had a root touch up they suggested brown but now I see my hair turning proper proper brown not brownish black. The pedicure was very good. The pedicurist was very slow but good at his work. He skipped cuticles and nail clipping but the pedicure was good. The fourth star is slowly for their good behavior.

This review is for men's haircut. I visited this store on 24th Oct 2021, 7:00 PM for trimming and styling of my shoulder-length hair which I was growing from past two years with small touch-ups. I am a person who takes great care of their hair. I visited the store and asked them to PLEASE provide me with the best person available regardless of the how much they charge, they assured me that the person is the best available at that time. At the start of haircut, I clearly told the person what I want using a picture for reference and not to cut too short. However, at the end, the hair came out irreparably short, uneven and disastrous in look. I was so upset that I couldn't bear anyone from that store touch my hair anymore and when they said they've finished the job, I gently told them that I'm not satisfied with it, paid entire bill of around 500 and walked out of store. Clearly, the person doing the haircut was a noob, unskilled and ignorant person. If the haircut I wanted was not possible with my hair, they could very well ask me to come later with longer hair (although my hair were more than shoulder length). The reason they started with it without thinking is because they're just greedy idiots who care the least about the client's preference. The story doesn't end here. The damage had been done, the haircut was looking horrible. I wanted the uneven part of my hair to be repaired at-least so that it looks a bit presentable. So I called Geetanjali, Ambiance mall, Gurgaon ( I was at Gurgaon at that moment) and requested them to do a small repair which would take hardly 5-10 minutes for a damage done by their colleague from CP store. To my surprise, they said you'll have to pay the entire amount again to get it done! I explained again and again that please, I've already spent 500 at Geetanjali and I just want to get my uneven hair from sides repaired which indeed was a job of no more than 10 mins. They were adamant. This is the proof of their second instance of being greedy without caring about clients. Finally, I had to pay 350 again, to get that 10 mins job done and promised myself to never visit that greedy and unskilled brand again in my life. I will also make sure no one from my network visits this store again. It has been 20 days and my hair still looks ugly thanks to Geetanjali. Posting before and after pics.

I have been a regular at Geetanjali and have always enjoyed their services. The staff is so friendly. They cater to your needs .
