★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had worst experience over here, first of all there is no allout or something to prevent mosquitoes, you can see them every where. I got mosquitos byte over here and once I complained about it then they purchased one and put it infront of my service desk. Secondly, the staff is very unprofessional and they don't want to work, I mean just taking many small breaks during the service. I came here for hair spa, and the stylist just applied the application and asked a peon/helper boy to perform rest of the service. Moreover, after washing the hair, they did the blow dry.. now you can imagine how untrained these are, who do the blow dry after hair spa. This whole ill service not ended over here, a manager of this saloon is not ready to give the invoice as her system is not working since 7 days and she not fixed it yet as the owner of the franchise is not in the city. Don't know how everything works over here. Saloon manager arranging the bill from other frechise which is situated in Jaganpura. Now I really in doubt how this saloon becomes one of the best saloon in Delhi.. they are giving pathetic service..and I had worst experience over here.. I never recommend this saloon ever to any one..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended to anyone it's very worst service, please don't waste your money, especially middle class log.. very poor quality, I went there for smoothening , after 1 week I faced hair falling , then I went there n ask them for the reason for hair fall bt they dint respond positive, after some days my hair density become very less, then after 2 week I went for DOCTOR n now I m taking medicine ? plz dnt go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad service and customer handling, they denied to give the services and said wait for 1.5 hours . Same answer for two consequent weeks . If you guys don’t have people or manpower then pls stop the services . You are ruining the image of your brand . Despite being the regular customer, this is the response I got. Such a cold behaviour.
You guys lost the customer forever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loyal geetanjali customer with membership. Came to Lajpat Nagar first time. Got hair oil massage, wash and blow dry. Worst experience ever. Not at par with geetanjali brand standards. The massage was decent only. Wash was done twice with good amount of shampoo but didn't get oil out. While blow drying he intentionally left oil on tips but there was oil from scalp to tip. And then imagine blow drying oily hair. I left feeling so dissatisfied. Came with my husband and he too was unhappy, said a regular barber shop gives better massage and wash than them. Moreover bill machine non existent. They refused to give me membership discount saying there's no use as they are not taking tax. Didn't make any sense... What's the point of membership if using it doesn't make sense to them. Surprisingly low prices but now I know why. Never recommend this studio... They are spoiling geetanjali brand name.

Reservations are preferable as they are always crowded and you might have to wait a long time otherwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very inexperienced stylist. They don't understand what we want and even after explaining multiple times they messed up with my looks & messed up with my sister hairstyle as well. Did a mistake of visiting geetanjali should have sticked to Tony & Guy.

I go there for my hair color. They recommend me to do keratin as well.. i deny that .. so they make fun of me. As i dont have money to do it .. but if i just want to do my hair color.. then y they make fun of me.. they are providing me services and in return i m giving money .. they ask me for my complimentary drink (coffe/coke) i deny it coz i dont want to drink it .. as i am full ... but they also make fun of it .. as ( pe lo paise nh lgenge complimentary hai..or salman or unke sath 2 3 staff hasne lage) .. like seriously this is your services to make fun of others .. i got 7k haircolor.. i pay 7k.. if i deny to go for keratin 3k ..its mean that i am not capable of go there? .. it can be mean as i dont want any other treatment in my hair as well.. the staff are disgusting... totally rude and mannerless.. ky sabse isi tarah se baat karto ho ... i just hate the man (salman) the staff ... like he should learn some respect for other .. totally disgusted man ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15K of service which was not worth even 1000. No hot or cold towels for face clean up. Manicure was done and didn't cut nail until it was INFORMED to staff. All 3 manicure finished without nail cutting. Every single staff was busy so they didn't provide full attention to any 3 of us. Hair cut was done below satisfaction standard. If I can give zero star I will not even give one star. Save your money and go somewhere else. Such place should be closed down by government for charging and not giving equivalent services standard.
Owner also doesn't seem to care about lots of complaints. I was looking at other complaints and owner didn't even reply. Sounds/looks like own doesn't care about his business or just too arrogant to admit staff needs professional training.
