Up Selling Up Selling Bas Up Selling ek is of money, not a cut. Makes my hair very short Mam do that. Mam do that Know No who teaches I would like to talk to their owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here close to 8:25pm.my husband was already getting haircut and color done. We asked for a haircut for my daughter. The staff is very much there and could have taken up and completed the haircut by 9pm but they bluntly refused to do it. Only one staff member was trying to help us, rest all were just in a hurry to shove out of the salon. Will never come again. Only one supportive staff and his work is also good but rest all are useless.

I was told it would last for 15 days but in 2 days it was wosh. Cheating is a good business You guys should just keep it up.I can't trust again.The service is very bad.
Forces very forces do a lot, along with getting a haircut, do spa too.Otherwise the haircut will not be ggood

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geetanjali here never disappoints. Farman is excellent at what he does and is technically sound.
Head massage from Raj is heavenly. Do try it out.
Overall highly recommended for all your grooming needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So inhuman, they don't understand value of a person's hair, out of ego got my haircut from someone who didn't know about haircut, and charged me heavily with loss of my pretty nice long hair. Is there any solution for such act of saloon people? If yes please let me know to teach these people lesson.
Spoiling the name of brand with unprofessional stylists.

I have worst experience here.
They charge higher than what they have mentioned in their own rate card.
Staff is not trained and dont have enough knowledge for hair care.
Basically they trap the customer they ask for higher price.
Even some services are not mentioned in rate card and i dont understand how they are charging it.
For spa they use Hair masque --- very strange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST Geetanjali salon out there, the staff members are more keen towards selling products, spa service and membership instead of providing a good customer experience.
Right when I sat down for the hair cut, the barber straight up said, "Mam apke baalo ki quality to boht bakwas hai. Aap Hair spa karva lena. Rs.2500 ka h".
Beware of the barber, Imran, not only he ruined my hair completely but had the audacity to say "Please don't teach me, I've been doing this for years".
The manager acknowledged the terrible mistake of the barber and offered Rs.100 discount on the Rs.600 hair cut.
After the incident, the barber's impulsive behaviour shocked me as he started to blow dry my hair in a very careless manner, that's when I rebuked and the manager stepped in and assigned someone else to do the very last bit of the job.
OVERALL WORST EXPERIENCE, the 5 star reviews that you see here are literally forced, I witnessed it myself as staff members don't let the customers walk out without having them to leave a 5 star review.
Save yourself and don’t go to this Geetanjali outlet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is basically the sales people and not the professionals, because they are trained good as a sales personal. Doing a haircut is very basic thing and they spoiled it too. The staff is very rude and don’t value our time they are busy trapping people with spas and keratin. Imran is the hair stylist who spoiled my hair and was selling me the product and services which i for sure not needed.
