โ โ โ โ โ The gown we selected from gene bridals was amazing. They have a huge collection of gowns at very reasonable rates. The service provided by them was also excellent. If you are looking for wedding gowns, then I would recommend gene bridals. I looked amazing on my wedding day. Very happy!!

โ โ โ โ โ This was the first time experience with Gene Bridal Boutique. I knew they have a wide selection of dresses and gowns that fit right in your budget, but that wasn't the only reason I went. I knew the service would be excellent, and even with the hour restriction due to COVID, you did not feel rushed. They listened to my likes and dislikes and pulled the right dress for me! I would recommend this place to any Bride's that want to feel special for their special day. Thanks Gene Bridal Boutique.

The way Jenny explained to us the different types of gowns that would be apt for my sister in-law was beyond professionalism. The utmost care given by her staff and herself is beyond expectations and the final outcome was worth all her efforts and her staffs efforts. Worth the price. Completely satisfied. Highly recommend Gene Brides to any Christian bride. โค๏ธ

This was my second time trying wedding dresses and I really felt that my consultant had my best interest in mind. She let me try on what I liked and also made some suggestions based on what I liked. She stayed well within my budget and didnโt pressure me at all. The manager kept checking in and made me feel really beautiful! It was a great experience. a wonderful afternoon.

โ โ โ โ โ The worst experience I had till date. Please dont go to her for any of your bridal gowns, bridesmaid gowns etc. She is very good brain washer. Just does the gowns as she wants. She doesnt know to even do a boat neck for a gown. And the worst part is, till last moment no gown in hand and demands more money in the name of GST. And also blames the client for changing the gown again and again. I being the bride, pay for the gown, so I obiously have the right to demand for the gown as I wish and not as she wants. Shes the worst lady ever seen. Never go to her. This is my personal experience. I had to go and fetch a new gown from someone else coz of this lady.

I want my refund, wen will u initiate it, let me know. Otherwise I know what to do. If people who are seeing the reviews, still feel wateva she mentioned is true. Then please look at the picture... i had told her boat neck, and according to her this is boat neck.
Obiously it is my right to show other brides gown, if my gown isnt the same as i told. i gave her examples showing other gowns how it shud look. But she has taken my point in different way. Wateva it is. I just want my refund. Want to know whether ul pay it or not. Coz i neva wore that gown.
