β β β β β The technician came promptly as promised. The PCR test result also came promptly. Most importantly the QR code worked at the airport as the airline could download the report and confirm. I would recommend this lab for PCR testing when you have a flight to catch.

β β β β β I along with my family, have been availing COVID testing facility at Genepath in Pune for quite sometime. Itβs prompt, efficient, clean and the entire team there is fantastic. My sister who is a doc in the US was impressed the way they issued the covering letter along with the report in short turn around time of 7 hrs. I highly recommend GenePath.

β β β β β I was very impressed by Sachin Shinde lab technician when he came home for sample collection for the Covid test. He was extremely professional and polite and followed all regulations Covid related.

WORST. HORRIBLE. IRRESPONSIBLE. PATHETIC.
You guys think you can mess with normal people by giving fake commitments to provide result on time? My flight which costed 1.5 Lakh ticket is supposed to be on toss because you guys failed to provide results to me on time!
Would you book another flight for me? No right?
Then don't give false commitments.
If you are not capable to give results within that time frame, effin have the balls to say to the customer that " WE CANNOT GUARANTEE TO GIVE RESULTS IN 5-7 HOURS".
These guys are here just for the money. You had my money right? Enjoy with that money now! Go and party with that small amount of money.

P.S. I even feel ashamed to say that I went to this lab for getting tested.
Pls go to some other lab, there are much better labs in Pune, which give accurate results, on time results, and cost the same as genepath labs.

β β β β β Definitely the most trusted lab in pune. I got my sister tested at their collection centre located at shivajingar. Such a smooth process and excellent service provided by all of their executives. I would definitely mention about miss shraddha ovhal. for her assistance untill I got the report. Excellent service by the lab. Keep it up guys!!!!Thanks shraddha ma'am.

β β β β β For people travelling internationally, absolutely DO NOT come to this lab. I was supposed to travel to US and required a test within 24 hr timeframe. Went to the lab 2 days prior to the actual test to re-confirm if I will get the test results within time- they said YES, you will get the test results by 5pm if you come for the checking at 8:30 am in the morning.
Guess what, I received the results at 10:48pm at night instead of 5pm in the evening. I had a flight at 9:10 pm!
Absolutely unprofessional attitude!
Please do not make any commitments if you are not sure of them yourself.
Was I supposed to book another flight because of their careless attitude and unprofessionalism?? I had to spend more money to get tested again from a different provider amidst my travel to airport.
I would suggest you to go to any other lab other than Genepath to get tested for international travel. Or you can get tested at airport in about 2k Rs. Genepath offers same rapid rtpcr test at 4k Rs and they will provide results in 2-3 hrs (Just here to make business). Better to take that same test on airport which gives result in JUST 45 mins!
I am a student, and because of you GENEPATH labs, you made me go through a hard time to catch my flight.
I am giving one star rating, since I cannot give a zero rating to these people.
One word for you guys, WORST!

β β β β β Surprisingly, i was not aware of this lab until a neighbour had suggested. We needed a covid report as quickly as possible for an unexpected international travel. They provided the report within 7 hours, faster than promised. Thank you Gene Parth Labs! And as per their Google description, they were open sharp at 8 am.

Staff is polite and & service was very quick it took only 5 min to do all the process.
If you want test for traveling go for this they provide QR code in report so at airport they can verify easily by scanning itβοΈ
