★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly one of the few stores in Central Bengaluru for a one stop shop for baking ingredients. The only challenge that I noted was they don't accept credit cards. All other forms of payment were accepted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have only very few products and for very large & high pricing. He charges 150-200% more from the actual pricing of the product. Very bad he robs money from customers for wholesale products. For example he sells 50rupees product for Rs. 100 or 150. It's like american pricing in an indian store.

Not at all friendly and they have min quantity to but even if it is not required we will have to buy products in larger quantities.
And the store isn't opened on time.
Charges more on the products.
Out of all can never take the owners attitude, the worst attitude in customer service point of view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude behaviour and work timings are worst that government offices. They close for 3 hours for lunch. Never experienced more rude behaviour from any other shop owner in my life than the owner of this shop. Products are very expensive. There are way better stores with great customer service in other parts of the city too. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Owner is impolite. Not sure why he thinks all the customers are there to rob him.
Timing is worst. They don't follow their own displayed timing.
Somehow they prefer cash payment. Always give petty reasons to avoid mobile and card payments.
