I can point some differences I felt compared to our previous vendor.
1) Quick and Prompt response.
2) No need to follow up as Mr. Hegde is on the clock everytime we approached.
3) Not just the routine, he visits and checks of everything is ok even when he is in the locality.
Over all good service.
