★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing initiative to help people with medicine I went to this place and they surprised me with all the Medicine's I bought when I buy it from regular pharmacy it cost me full price generic provided me with same medicine and almost save 70 percent cost of medicine which is huge so if you looking to buy medicines for Bp sugar cholesterol please do visit them you will save good amount of money some time they will give you same pill which was manufactured by different sellers this place is a boon for people who struggles to buy medicines thanks guys keep up good work like this and help community salute...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Off late there has been a significant monthly spend on medicines in family.
And so I have been exploring options like Dhanwantary, Apollo Pharmacy, 1mg, Pharmeasy Plus subscription and of course Generico to keep expenses in check..
Over time, have found Generico and Phameasy as better options from pure pricing/discount standpoint.
However, my views changed due to one incident.
Problem statement :
One specific medicine manufacturer reduced their MRP to half. (MRP INR4060 reduced to INR2030).
I ordered the same from 'Pharmeasy'.. Website showed MRP INR4060, they Billed me for MRP INR4060 minus discounts.
But the medicine case was showing MRP as INR2030).
When i raised a support ticket.. after 2 hours of chat & deliberation, i was asked to place RETURN order.
Further as the website showed MRP INR4060 - no point re-ordering the medicine.
Checked at Dhanwantary, Apollo Pharmacy - their first response OLD mrp but after deliberation, 'confirmed' that medicine MRP is reduced but as they carry old stock (old medicine box), i will have to buy at OLD rate.
Simply put, Manufacturer & stockist/wholesaler & retailers do reconciliation, which means Retailer was charging for FULL but paying half to stockist. Ergo, retailer made 100% illegitimate extra margin/profit at my (customer) expense.
WHAT i really liked about 'Generico', they put extra effort to understand, acknowledge the problem, escalate to HQ & ensured i get the REVISED price (minus discounts) (medicine box still carried old MRP).
That's called a FAIR play..
Mind you, their feedback desk is manned by a Senior Corporate Executive and not a 3rd party outsourced call center agent.
Real game changers.. Thought of sharing..
