Be it framing the right answers for every possible technical or personal question that interviewer might throw at you, everything that you want to know about the job role, salary structure; they provide you everything and prepare you for everything. Rakhi, the recruiter I worked with cleared everything & made me so comfortable and confident for AMCAT test & Interview rounds that everything went very smooth as if she had almost given me a demo of everything beforehand. She assisted me right from I clearing the interview till I get settled in the company that I am placed in & I still share my achievements at job with her, I am still greateful to her & Genesis HR Services and will be forever as my interview, selection, joining & training was done when it was the high time for me and in a very very crtical situation when every recruiter & consultancy had shut their doors for me. She did set correct expectations in the beginning about everything & everything turned out to be true about the salary, traveling allowance, week offs which are the major concerns for every candidate.
